Our academy sets a precedent of "you don't have to be a fighter to train like one" which allows kids and adults of all walks of life the ability to experience the benefits of our program. We use uniforms, a belt system, and an organized curriculum to ensure quality and congruent instruction. Sparring for example is not mandatory but we do offer controlled sparring where people can practice their techniques without getting hurt and more intensity for those who want to compete. The classes are challenging and we push people to achieve their best yet we allow people to decide at what intensity level they want to participate in. But what really separates us from other reality martial arts schools is that we focus on the average student rather than just competitors (office worker, moms dads). We offer classes for all skill levels from ages 3 &1/2 to adults. See more ideas about kickboxing, boxing workout, kick boxing for beginners.
